Amendment No. 19 (2023) to the Prevention of Domestic Violence Law defines conditions to be considered by the court prior to issuing a restraining order enforced through technological supervision and establishes a technological supervision unit within the Israel Prison Service. The amendment is a temporary provision for 3 years, entering into force from 2024 to 2027.
